I improved the quality of the title buttons and added a "restore" button when windows are maximized:
I also added new title button behavior when a window is unfocused. If you place the pointer on a title button of an unfocused app, it will look something like this:
The title buttons were created with a python script, which I placed on the gtk-3.20 directory.
I also added some lines to the gtk.css and gtk-dark.css on the gtk-3.20 and gtk-4.0 directories.
